Located in Loudoun County near the future WMATA Innovation Center Metro Station, the Rock Hill project is a 6-story, apartment building featuring 396 units, 503 parking spaces and no retail. The site occupies a prominent corner at Innovation Avenue and (Future) Davis Drive, positioning it as an ideal setting for market rate residential apartments. As an amenity to the residents, a small park including a dog park, basketball court, two pickleball courts and other seating areas is embedded into the design. The project will provide the beginnings of a multi-use trail along Innovation Avenue. The project is being developed and constructed by Greystar. There is 430,000 GSF of residential area and 180,000 GSF of parking area. There are two courtyards each with different characters.
