As CEO, Tim oversees operations and advances HCM’s strategic initiatives. Throughout his career at HCM, Tim has held numerous leadership roles, including Baltimore Managing Principal, COO, and currently CEO.
On the practice side, he has specialized in master planning and design for senior living, healthcare, and corporate properties.
His leadership upholds HCM’s shared vision to design for real, creating spaces that amplify the power of place and invigorate the communities they anchor.
