O|NE VeLa

Located in Downtown Colorado Springs with unparalleled views of the Front Range of the Southern Rocky Mountains, O|NE VeLa will set a new standard for the market and is slated to be the tallest building in the city at 27 stories. The modern, glassy tower, floating above a fully activated retail base, will feature unique residential amenities including a two-story clubroom and interior spa with mountain views. Above the elevated parking, the fifth level features an expansive amenity terrace with prime views of Pikes Peak and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum.

The mixed-use building features approximately 400 apartments, including one- and two-story residential units and penthouses as well as and 8,000 square feet of retail activating all its active street frontage. The project is being developed by VeLa and the O’Neil Group and is 589,000 gross square feet on a one-acre site. HCM is providing a full slate of design services including Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, and Branding & Signage. The project is expected to break ground in the spring of 2025 with a thirty-month construction schedule.
