For Ryan, the most exciting project is always the next one. With the pace of change accelerating over the past couple of decades of his career, there are always new challenges and possibilities around each corner. As a Project Manager in the firm’s higher education practice, Ryan focuses on the evolving way students learn on campus and finding the unique potential of each project. He enjoys leading teams through the design process by building consensus around shared goals. From small renovations to large new buildings, each design is a chance to shape learning, conversation, and collaboration. When not at work Ryan enjoys most any excuse to get outdoors, but especially if there is a book or fishing rod involved.
