Kim is the Associate Director of Marketing in Hord Coplan Macht’s marketing department. She has 21 years’ experience in the AEC industry. In 2001, Kim began her career as a marketing coordinator for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse. In 2008, she began working for Heery International where she primarily worked on complex GSA proposals as well as higher education and k-12 pursuits.

Kim has been with Hord Coplan Macht since 2013. During her tenure, she has provided invaluable oversight for all proposal documents created in the marketing department. She manages HCM’s group of Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Managers helping them tailor their proposal responses while providing quality control. Kim provides work direction and training and promotes a team environment where members are encouraged to communicate and work together as a team.
