This 191,000 sf building consists of a four-level building with a design style inspired by the clean lines of contemporary Scandinavian architecture. Totaling 167 independent living, assisted living, assisted living gallery, and memory care units, Alexandria offers 50 unique apartment types to provide multiple living options for prospective residents.

Residents are greeted by a generous porte cochere and covered porch, with instant vistas of the green and lush courtyard beyond. An indoor-outdoor fireplace brings warmth to the living room, inviting residents into a courtyard that is ringed with glassy amenity spaces. The building features multiple dining venues, multi-purpose and activity rooms, health and wellness spa, movie theater, courtyards and green spaces, and various other amenities. The memory care portion of the building is tucked into a hill and features a secure enclosed courtyard. The assisted living wings, located on the upper floors look over two distinct courtyards, and each floor has a glassy sitting room overlook for residents and families to gather. The top floor is crowned with a gallery program, featuring a concierge, private amenity space and a deck that overlooks the adjacent park. Located on a beautifully wooded site, this new community has access to walking trails connecting residents to the nearby Franconia Park & Recreation Center.
