Hord Coplan Macht (HCM), continuing its expansion in the Carolinas, has added Anne Lebo, AIA, WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C, as a Senior Associate in the firm’s PK-12 market sector.
Anne brings more than 14 years of experience on education projects, including a strong portfolio of public and private PK-12 schools, universities and community colleges in North Carolina. Her subject matter expertise spans school master planning, programming, design implementation, quality control and construction administration. She recently served as a Project Manager leading the team for the Carrington Hall Renewal project for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Nursing, and also has experience with Durham Public Schools, Wake County Public Schools, the YMCA of the Triangle and GRACE Christian School.

Anne is active in civic engagement, as a former member of the Durham City-County Appearance Commission and outreach for Durham’s Comprehensive Plan. She volunteers with AIA Triangle and is a selected member of the AIA Triangle Leadership Forum 2025 cohort.
