Wei-Chung Chang is an Associate Principal in the Housing + Mixed-Use Sector at Hord Coplan Macht. He has over 28 years of professional experience managing and has worked on complicated healthcare, senior living, multi-family, and mixed-use development projects. His multi-disciplinary experiences give him a broader vision on providing creative design solutions for complex design and construction challenges. As a project manager, he demonstrates thoughtful attention to details and believes design lives in every phase of the project from conceptual to project completion. Wei is committed to a success of project by forming a strong relationship with the client and the entire design team. He recently has completed two river front projects in Pennsylvania, Glasshouse in Pittsburgh, and Matson Mill in Conshohocken. Originally trained professionally in Taiwan and proudly served in army as a second lieutenant, Wei is a graduate of Harvard GSD with a degree of Master of Architecture in Urban Design.
