Matthew DeWolfe is a principal and contract administrator with over 25 years of architectural and construction industry experience. As the leader of the Contract Administration team at Hord Coplan Macht, Mr. DeWolfe primarily focuses on healthcare and multi-family projects.

Matthew co-chairs the firm’s nationwide Quality Control Committee, performing full reviews of document sets as well as developing training seminars and sharing building science knowledge and best practices with all levels of staff and making sure the technical quality and accuracy of documents is maintained within the Standard of Care.

He has undertaken forensic investigations using both selective demolition and moisture modeling software. He has conducted existing building conditions reports for structures under consideration for purchase/investment opportunities.

With his extensive background in construction administration he has worked on several notable projects, including the $100M Two Light Tower in Kansas City, MO, the $100M One Cardinal Way in St. Louis, MO (both luxury residential mixed-use towers) as well as the multi-phase $30M UMMC Shock Trauma Center Renewal project and the $34M Maryland General Hospital Central Care Expansion.
