Hord Coplan Macht is the providing interior design for the amenity areas of two new residential communities in the Washington DC Metro area that have recently begun construction.

Hanover Westbranch, a 400-unit, new construction project located in the Tysons Corner neighborhood in Northern Virginia, features a 14,000 sf amenity area inclusive of working spaces with a flexible lounge, table and booth style seating, as well as small break out conference rooms.

 

 

Hanover 8th Street, a 377-unit community located on 8th Street in Washington, DC, features pocket lounges and co-working areas across the shared amenity spaces that are split between two buildings. Amenities include a flexible conference suite, media and presentation lounge, fitness center, pet spa, and a spacious bike storage, among others.
