The Pennant

The Pennant is a five-story multifamily apartment building with common amenity spaces and integrated parking. The existing Wolfe Street warehouse on the site is being retained, with the two levels being converted into a parking garage, fitness center, residential entry, and storage space.  A three-story addition will be added on top of the existing warehouse and will be set back per the goals of the Fells Point Urban Renewal Plan.  Additionally, a five-story addition will be constructed adjacent to the warehouse to house the leasing center, main amenity space, and residential units.

The program includes 285 units, comprised of studio, junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom, one-bedroom and den, and two-bedroom units, as well as 20,000 sf of amenity space. There will be a courtyard and outdoor space at-grade, as well two public courtyards provided at level three. Where the residential units set back from the existing warehouse parapet, private terraces will be created for the individual units. The building amenities will include a fitness room, multiple lounge spaces, bike shop with adjacent bike storage, mailroom, leasing suite, and package storage room.
