Novel Mallard Creek will set a new direction for exurban living in the Charlotte area. Building upon its unique natural setting of varied topography, mature trees and natural features, the community will seamlessly become a part of the landscape. Inspired by the Mill towns of the Carolina Hill country, this neighborhood will feature a clean, contemporary palette of materials and detail while referencing historic vernacular forms.

The interior amenity spaces inform the architectural forms of the free-standing Lodge & Welcome Center buildings. A simplified material palette is punctuated by limited use of bold colors to create a comfortable, casual environments.
