NOMA (North of Market) is a planned $60 million project in Tulsa, OK, located minutes away from downtown and the University of Tulsa. Anchored by the newly developed Mother Road Market, this four-acre contemporary mixed-use development will provide luxury apartments and amenities, as well as curated retail, restaurants, and a neighborhood gathering space.
