Hord Coplan Macht is the Interior Designer for the amenity areas of The Marlow, a new 472 unit, 10,000 sf amenity, project in the Merriweather District of Columbia, MD.

The project features a soaring 2-1/2 story lobby and expansive co-working style spaces that open to the large courtyard. Additional program elements include a fitness center, pet spa, roof top sky lounge and a golf simulator.

This building complements the existing adjacent Juniper project. A refined yet textured material palette lends a sophistication to the aesthetic, while remaining comfortable and accessible to a younger demographic.
