This project involves the comprehensive transformation of the former CDOT facility into the Jefferson High School and Career and Technical Education (CTE) Center. The CTE Center designed for the Weld 6 School District houses programs ranging from construction trades to welding and cosmetology.
Newly added classrooms for Jefferson Alternative High School expanded the school’s capacity and added a unique feature – a daycare center designed to support student parents in completing their education. HCM designed the branding and wayfinding throughout the school and the daycare, which is affectionately known as the “Baby Jags Childcare Center”. Our team provided signage and graphics that will distinguish the Baby Jags Childcare Center while also keeping in line with the overall mascot and branding of the Jefferson Jaguars.
