Situated just off the Baltimore Washington Parkway and within close proximity to BWI Airport, Element provides easy access for commuters within the larger metropolitan area.  Planned as a private residential community comprised of six separate buildings, HCM was brought on to design a unique contemporary character for the luxury apartments that could set a new standard of living in the area.

The site contains surface parking around the perimeter of the development, while shared amenity courtyards are between the buildings linking them together as one connected community.  Outdoor entertaining space, pool, grilling stations and a fire pit are a few of the exterior amenities planned.  Each apartment building has an internalized residential corridor and elevator core access to each unit, while the ground floor of one building has been identified to house the leasing center, indoor amenities, and mailroom to service the community.
