The Novel Deep Ellum building is a podium project consisting of Type 3A wood construction over Type 1A non-combustible construction. The ground level will comprise of walk-up apartment units, retail, leasing offices and a lobby as well as several flexible spaces intended to accommodate a variety of community and private resident events.
