HCM designed the new 36,000 sf Global Food Innovation Center for CSU as an addition to the Animal Sciences Building. The two-story addition is comprised of a pre-engineered metal building system that accommodates a state-of-the-art meat processing facility. The building provides hands-on instruction for the University’s Meat Science program. The project includes a livestock arena with Temple Grandin designed livestock handling, meat harvest and processing, classroom and laboratory space, culinary research and sensory analysis, and a retail store. This project was design/build with Haselden Construction.
