The landscape architecture design includes a large central green with walking paths, seating areas, shade pavilions and a terraced outdoor movie amphitheater, several small pocket parks, a bocce courtyard, a community garden space, streetscape, a club house courtyard including a swimming pool, spa, outdoor demonstration kitchen, television area, lounge seating areas and an exercise lawn.
