Jennifer Cordes has over 25 years of experience with HCM, and leads the firm’s Science & Technology Planning. As a S&T specialist, Jennifer helps create safe, interdisciplinary and sustainable lab environments. She has worked on nearly 1 million square feet of laboratory space in the last ten years She provides planning and design leadership for the firm’s most complex campus projects in support of active teaching and research. She has participated in both planning and architectural projects for new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse scopes for educational facilities. Jennifer is a strong advocate for a collaborative and interactive design process that focuses on high performing designs that capture the culture of an institution.
