Hord Coplan Macht (HCM) announces that it is expanding its services with the addition of Tracey Graham, DNP MSN MSM APRN FNP-C CEN as Senior Healthcare Consultant. Graham is a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Business Management and a Doctorate in Nursing, with a focus on change management, process and systems redesign. Her knowledge and experience will increase the firm’s capabilities to leverage the trends, influences and challenges affecting healthcare and higher education institutions to improve the design solutions and consulting services that Hord Coplan Macht provides.

Graham’s Lean, Data Analytics and Strategic Planning expertise is valued across the design spectrum, adding value to planning services in all studios. As a former operational and clinical strategist, advanced clinician and prior hospital and health system administrator, Graham appreciates the operational and safety needs, infrastructure, digital and technology demands required to provide effective and efficient care, as well as the academic environment’s requirements for interprofessional collaboration and practice. She has been a program and project manager and has led federal and private organizations, facilities and individuals in change management and transitional planning from the C-Suite to the front line through all departmental levels and service lines. She has experience at all levels and spectrums across the continuum of care and education including leadership and management of resources, programs and projects.
Graham also has a vested interest in emergency management, disaster and operational readiness planning. As a prior Airforce Officer and Healthcare Administrator, she has developed successful Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) and attained resiliency in clinical service delivery during and after natural disasters. She is a Certified Emergency Nurse and completed several FEMA disaster management courses, and served as a leader and volunteer with response teams.
Graham’s experience as a clinical and operational strategist includes projects for US and International clients, not limited to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Veterans Affairs Hospital System, Allegheny Health, Geisinger Health, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Vancouver’s Louis Brier Hebrew Home, Hamad Medical Center, Qatar, among others. She has also served as an adjunct educator at the University of Tennessee and the University of West Florida.
