This year at the National Business Officers Association (NBOA) conference, HCM Principal Paul Lund gave a virtual presentation, “Building an All-School Facility Through Nimble Planning and Financing,” with Eric Osberg, Head of School at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart. During the session, the development of the new Student Life Center is covered from the master planning to financing to design and construction.

The new Student Life Center located at the heart of the campus includes an all-school dining space, performing arts theater, visual arts classrooms, vocal music, band, musical practice rooms, orchestral music space and ample new student life support spaces. The exterior landscape includes outdoor terraces for outside-the-classroom learning, outdoor seating, dining and gardens.
