The Power & Light District is a multi-building, mixed-use dining, entertainment, retail, office and residential development in Kansas City, Missouri developed by The Cordish Companies. The latest addition to the Power & Light skyline is the Two Light Tower. Hord Coplan Macht designed the high-rise which recently opened. As city residents await Two Light’s grand opening, appeared on the Kansas City Star’s Ten Big Things to Watch for in KC Metro in 2018 list.
Two Light is a 24-story, 296-unit mixed-use residential high rise building with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, 22 penthouse units on the top two floors and five levels of structured parking with a total of 441 parking spaces. The street-level retail at the southeast corner stands at 3,300 sf while the southwest corner provides 15,000 sf of office space in two stories.
