Half Street Mixed-Use at Nationals Park

Hord Coplan Macht is leading the design of the Half Street mixed-use development at the gateway to Nationals Park in Washington, DC. Developed by Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, the project includes 460,000 sf of Class A mixed-use property located in Square 701 at Half Street SE and N Street SE in Washington, DC.

The scope includes a 350-unit apartment building over 34,000 sf of retail and a 130-unit condominium building. The construction sits atop a three-level underground parking garage. The project broke ground in 2016 and is expected to be completed in late 2018.

Hord Coplan Macht is providing architecture and landscape architecture services through entitlement, design and construction. The project is be developed in phases beginning with the parking garage, apartment building and retail space will be completed first. The condominium phase will follow at a later time.
