The project scope includes a 6,300 SF 2 story lobby/commons addition, 12,600 SF 2 story addition to the west of the existing building, full fire sprinkler system, interior renovations of selected areas on the first and second floor of the east wing office building and a new parking area. The 2,500 SF lobby addition will include a new ADA toilet room and an accessible elevator. The east wing tenant finish will include the removal of the central existing stairs. The existing call center offices will be removed to create a large open environment with open workstations. Acoustics of the space will be addressed with new ceiling tiles and fabric panels incorporated into the workstations. The Control Room will be relocated to the new 1st floor building addition on the west end of the existing building. Services including offices, toilets, computer rooms, fitness room and a break room will be adjacent to the Control Room. A new commons area on the second floor above the lobby will include sinks, microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators with a seating area. The second floor above the control room will be new open office space. Additionally, existing toilet rooms will be renovated to include low flow fixtures, new finishes and be ADA compliant. All renovated areas will receive new finishes.
