Hord Coplan Macht’s Union Wharf Project is featured in a Baltimore Sun article.
Greenbelt-based developer The Bozzuto Group has added another unique property to its portfolio of luxury apartment buildings in Baltimore.
The $72 million complex, called Union Wharf, consists of 281 residential units in a new, waterfront Fells Point building.
“Bozzuto really wanted to make this feel like Baltimore,” said Chris Harvey, director of design for the Baltimore architecture firm Hord Coplan Macht. “It belongs here. It doesn’t belong in some other city.”
