Lee Coplan started HCM 30 years ago with two partners and an entrepreneurial approach to architecture. Since then, Lee has been instrumental in growing a multidiscipline, collaborative practice into a full service architecture and landscape architecture firm. Making a commitment to healthcare design early in his career, he is considered an innovator in design. Lee's attention to all facets of design and business is sought by organizations beyond his firm, where he serves as Vice Chair of the LifeBridge Health Board, as Vice President of the board of the Aaron and Lillie Straus Foundation, and as President of the Camp Airy and Louise Foundation. Lee has written and contributed on articles for Medical Construction and Design magazine, Trustee Magazine and Healthcare Facilities magazine, and presented at the Healthcare Facilities Design Symposium.
