Planning
Planning is the essential first step in the land development process. At HCM, our planning work is informed by principles of good urbanism expressed through good design. Landscape Architecture is integral to our practice from site evaluation to detailed planting and site design. Our comprehensive services include environmental planning, site analysis, site planning, final site design and construction administration.

Interior Design
HCM’s Client | Responsive | Design approach creates unique solutions, avoiding a one-size-fits-all response. Our interior spaces our designed to reflect the culture and identity of each client through the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture that support those identities.
Graphic Design
We recognize that graphic and environmental graphic design is an integral part of the experience of site, and buildings, and integral to project development. To this end, we enhance projects through theming, environmental graphics, signage and wayfinding, and professional presentation as well as collateral material development.
Imaging and Animation
HCM communicates complex design concepts through highly detailed 3D computer models for virtual walk-thrus and fly-bys. We integrate CAD with graphic design to create realistic presentations to facilitate decision making.
