Bruce Manger has over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of projects and is a senior associate in the education studio. His experience has focused on master planning, strategic planning, programming, new building design, and renovations and special studies.

As a LEED accredited professional, Bruce is committed to designing sustainable environments that are functional as well as attractive. He welcomes the opportunity to use his broad and comprehensive knowledge of design to create vibrant and inspirational learning environments.

In April 2012, Bruce presented a session at the University of Maryland Smart & Sustainable Campuses Conference. It’s entitled “Unique, Universal Learning Environment: Classroom, Campus, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore” about Chesapeake College’s commitment to sustainability and our zero-net-energy project, known as the Center for Leadership in Environmental Education, or “CLEEn”.

First job:

Selling meat at the family stall in Lexington Market (at least the first one where I was paid by check!).
